Each project begins with a scent sketch, followed by a multi-step sampling and refinement stage.

Once the composition is finalized, materials are ordered, followed by compounding, maturation, filtration, bottling, and custom labeling according to project owner's creative vision.

The process requires 3-4 months from idea to delivery.

A private-label fine room fragrance developed in collaboration with a boutique hotel, from composition through fragrance naming. Additional stock is produced for hotel guest retail.

In-stock fragrances ship within 10 business days. Large orders or formulas requiring additional curing time may require longer lead times; we will notify you before processing.

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping is added to the order total.Hand delivery between Kansas City metropolitan region and Salina, Kansas is available at no charge. Please inquire.

Opened products are not eligible for return.Packaged fragrances may be returned within 5 days, in original condition, for account credit.No refunds are available. HGLR LLC is not responsible for products lost or broken after delivery.
